Crummy
Interface is a train wreck. There are "x"'s indicating you can erase the field (say, when you are told amex isn't a viable card, slightly odd limitation for a national monopoly, so you may not think of checking the list first), except they don't actually do anything. No way to save tickets to wallet, you have to hope this janky app actually works when they come around to check. Why is a dob required to set up an account to save tickets for? It's ok to take money from an 11yeat-old, but not let them retrieve their purchases. This is all somewhat underwhelming, but fortunately not as underwhelming as their website which doesn't even work on iOS safari.
unreliable to purchase tickets
with the 100 dollar fine it is crazy how unreliable and hard to buy tickets it is
Foreign cards don’t work
Please fix! Make travel here accessible
Tourists beware
This app does not accept Visa or AmericanExpress. Constantly says rejected by processor. The payment app they have as an alternative only accepts Danish phone numbers. You cannot rely on this app. Developers— please add functionality for non-European visitors.
Glitchy and slow
Could not add my credit card after MANY attempts. Purchased an old fashioned ticket, missed the train and had a pretty rough start to my stay at Denmark. Embarrassing for DSB.
Warning for US credit cards
This app will NOT work with many US cards unless you set up a pin (sometimes even if you do). Do not rely on it for last-minute travel — you will spend a long time in a DSB office queue (the offices themselves are impossible to find due to poor signage and do not exist at all at many small stations). You will miss your train, and have unhelpful DSB staff act like it’s your fault the whole time.
- When using the Check in-product it is now possible to sign up to 'Automatic Check out' which checks you out automatically when we register you are no longer traveling. - After you have finalized your journey using Check in you are now able to find your journey summary where you can see your journey and price for this. - We have improved your ability to Check ind on Nørreport st., Tårnby st. and CPH Airport st. by using a Bluetooth signal. - Minor bug fixes
