I made multiple attempts to pay for an upgrade seat with two separate credit cards, failed every time. The site keeps asking for the country code, I’ve never seen a country code on a credit card. It could be within the number sequence. I also looked to add my partner airline frequent flyer number and couldn’t find the page to do so. Not a cordial partner.

My flight was cancelled and rebooked. I tried to make simple seat changes and it couldn’t be done. Went round and round and found no way to contact anyone or how to change them. So frustrating

I paid for a window seat with extra leg room , 3A. At check in iwaa assigned to a random seat in the 14th row and last boarding, Eurowings did not even credit the reservation cost back. When I complained I was reassigned to the 10th row, MIDDLE SEAT! Very poor reservation , and not able to credit back the cost of the reservation. Don’t know what to think now. Flight from Venice to Hamburg August 23, 2023. I have been a repeat customer also..

I downloaded this app specifically in order to be able to load a boarding pass into my wallet. This proved completely impossible to achieve, primarily because the boarding pass wasn’t visible anywhere.I was also unable to enter my mileage plus account number for flight credits.
