This app used to be good. Now it should be removed. It has no chat, no callback, no options to do anything in-app. Its really a joke and a disgrace for LH to even have it in the store.

Wrong contacts given ny app agtwr remake of main LH app

Aftwr updates of Lufthansa and Miles&More main apps, this app is mot rcogising any more my HON status and is giving me due that wrong contacts. Please fix it.

Worthless

The “report delayed bag” page is completely content free. No links, no text, no way to report a delayed bag. Other pages suggest that you go to the web site or call someone. The fart app has far more utility. Amazing that Lufthansa could create such garbage.

Boarding passes problem

Called customer service at 800 645 3880 don’t know how to get boarding passes. She said she was sending via email in 5 minutes never got them Why? She has the correct phone number and the flight reference number. I even went over the number to make sure she understood then she basically said it’s taken care of as soon as she sends the e mail. Not impressed first time I ever called for help! KFB

Bad experience

The worst customer service I have ever had. When I booked a flight for a family vacation, I payed extra money and reserved seats, after that I notice that the seats has been reassigned to the end of the plane. Tried to call the company for clarification, they answered really quick, but the agent refused to help and when he was tired of me he sent me off the the message services. Tried call back, this time no answer. Outrageous!!!

useless

I tried to report my delayed luggage. All this app does is to send me to the Lufthansa website. There it doesn’t recognize my Ticket number (printed on my Lufthansa boarding pass). So I am as stuck as I was before. Customer service is a big no no when flying Lufthansa.
