Good, but $ aggressive
The idea is great, but here is why I probably will use it only once. When booking, you don’t know if boat is avl or not, many boat owners don’t upload their schedule, and the only way to find out, and book a boat first. The booking fees is huge. On 300$, they want 50$ for their service.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Boatsetter, leading to an unjust deactivation of my listing. Despite my consistent efforts to maintain timely and effective communication with potential renters, I was cited for several incidents of alleged unresponsiveness last year. I believe this to be a misunderstanding, as I have always prioritized clear and prompt communication. After this experience and considering my needs for flexibility in communication and more reasonable service charges, I decided to move my listings to another leading boat renting app. This platform offers a better fit for my requirements, allowing for easier interaction with potential customers and at a cheaper rate. It’s disappointing to have to leave a review like this, as my initial interactions with Boatsetter were positive. However, I felt it necessary to share my experience to provide feedback on the areas where the platform could improve, particularly in terms of flexibility and understanding towards its users.

Rented from Boris, a 23 Hurricane deck boat. Boat was immaculate and Boris was an amazing host! Gave full run down of everything, was easy to work with and fully on time. Great time out on the water, looking forward to renting again in the future.

The app is glitching. Can’t login in the app, but can on the website. I deleted the app and downloaded again, that’s help. After that the search didn’t work, i deleted the app again and reinstalled, the search became working for one time and it didn’t work again. Developers must work harder

App is total screwed up. It does not work properly. Deleted it and reinstalled. Still screws up. Rented through them in 2022, but now (3/22/2024) can’t get it to work.

The website has and “i am a captain” option but there’s is no individual captain account. I signed up for both apps as there is a separate one for owners. How am I supposed to register as a captain and get booked? Even if there is an option the interface is not oriented for someone to understand how the app works.
