I think this company just takes the money from both owner and renter. No regard to the needs of the people. Don’t make a mistake on your rental as it is irreversible. I thought I had to list my husband as an additional driver cuz when I tried to list him as the driver it initially would not let me - as the account is in my name. So I went ahead and added him as an Additional driver. But as the date approached the days I rented the unit, I noticed that my husband was listed as the Primary driver AND Additional driver. So I called RV Share and they would not refund for additional charge of $54 and they wouldn’t even change the additional driver with my name. Rip Off!

They need to fix this app to not allow random users to try to book a different rv after you’ve already booked one. Somehow it show up in your trips section without doing anything.

If there is any report of damage, no matter how small you automatically forfeit $1000 of your damage deposit as a deductible for the insurance. I was charged $1000 and never knew what it was for. Just that there was damage a branch or something and that it was going to cost over $1000. This seems like a scam to me and I won’t be using RV share again for this reason. Plain and simple it’s an insurance scam.

App was down and not working. Had to use web site. Had much difficulty submitting drivers info to web site. Every one at 800 number was very helpful resolving web site issues by phone and emails.
