Received a van with two bald tires, but did not realize until almost 1000 miles away from home. Customer service has been very slow in responding to the issues we had. Will update when I know more.

Don’t waste your time with this app. They have no appropriate recourse for those who are taken advantage of by RV owners who take your money and don’t communicate with you. Despite the fact I am in the right, they refuse to reimburse my money. I advise you to steer clear of this app. Not worth chancing it.

You'll spend hours with emails and on the phone trying to get problems resolved. Our trip was cancelled 1.5 days before our departure by the camper owner.

You lose your deposit if you cancel your booking but if the host cancels on you they do nothing. We rented a van to see the eclipse in Texas months before. A couple of weeks before our trip the host canceled on us. And guess what? Not so many options at that point. I'll never use this again. Would rather pay for a professional service that actually delivers on a reservation.
