Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Unavailable in the search engine… What? Found them at Whole Foods Market via a DuckDuckGo search: BAKERY Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cake If Customer Service & actually SELLING food & drinks is a reasonable objective, this app doesn’t FAIL, but is instead awarded an: INCOMPLETE!
Wholly unreliable
It’s baffling that a company owned by Amazon would utilize such an archaic app. Items are frequently mispriced or missing from the app despite being stocked in stores.
Conclusion: designed by engineers who don’t want you to shop
Seriously? Is there a more irritating version you can update to that would not even perform its most basic function of a supermarket app? Showing the various prices of products, plus any discounts is seemingly an unimportant aspect of shopping at Whole Foods. And maybe here lies the actual reason of not showing prices: if you have to ask or know; you can’t afford it.
Missing important features
I work at Whole Foods, have worked three different departments. There are some features that would save time for customers AND employees. Missing two important things: 1. Item location. You already have the digital map used by the order pickers, so integrating one here should be doable. This way customers don’t have to find an employee and ask every time. 2. Price scanner. Other major grocery retailers have this already. I’m currently an order picker and guests do not believe me that I can’t price check their item on my work phone. But I can’t! This should be available in the Whole Foods app and in the employee shopping app. There are some great things going here - access to weekly sales, easy way to scan membership code (and I’m liking that it auto-brightens only on that screen, that’s a godsend for the cashiers), and the shopping list is nice. But the two things listed above would make a huge difference.
Semi useful
Somewhat useful for sales items but search function stinks!
Dated App
Whole Foods needs a functional app, the current app is terrible because it’s not easy to navigate and not user friendly. I suggest they create an app like Target.
Useless
Awful app just doesn’t work
