The Best Prices
I have tried to find the items we love from thrive for cheaper and outside of Costco and buying them in bulk I just can’t do it. It’s become a grocery shopping game for my kids and myself. No one has won this far and I couldn’t be happier about that!
Not worth the membership
They have excellent organic options and safe, cruelty free products. You pay a membership to access these items and they still seem overpriced compared to other stores and they also charge you shipping if you don’t meet the minimum order cost requirement. The items I ordered were pretty spendy but I was more disappointed when they showed up and they were small package sizes too. If they did away with the membership I would consider returning but it seems I am overpaying all round. I wish I would of cancelled my membership within the 30 day window.
So necessary for big busy families!
We have been using Thrive for years. And it only becomes more and more useful, the bigger and busier our family has gotten.
So far so good
I’m new to Thrive, but so far I greatly appreciate the reasonable prices, as well as the ease of use. It does a great job of filtering products by diet specifications, which was my original reason to give the site a try. Finding keto- friendly, gluten free and organic options has been no problem at all.
Can’t edit autoship in app
The app does not work well. You are not able to edit AutoShip in the app. Each time you do it doesn’t except the edit. It defaults back to what you previously had. You have to login and fix any edits through live chat with customer service. You can’t view by upcoming shipment date. You can only view all subscriptions and then check the dates of each item manually. Not user friendly at all. Plus, I don’t wish to have to log on and communicate with customer service every month in order to update my order.

Poor customer service
The food selection and prices are great, however, it is beginning to be outweighed by the absolute incompetence of customer service. I attempted to leave a negative review on the app for a poorly made glass water bottle that cracked for no reason. (Support did not care that this happened) It appears they may be hiding negative reviews, as my review never posted. I have been communicating with support for months, and with no progress in this issue. They are unable to tell me what went wrong, and they are unable to fix it.
