New version lacks the choice for strength
I like the old app better where you chose the strength by number. You had better control for smaller rooms. Since the app updating to intensity level, subtle, medium, strong the scent can be overwhelming even when set on “subtle.” This is a disappointing “upgrade” to the app. Now I can’t use the scent I love in the small rooms.

Everything worked good the first month . I changed sents with my 2nd order then noticed the lights not being on even though they were on schedule to be on . I noticed it was not linked anymore to my bluetooth . I unplugged , and tried to reset like your directions say and the blue light never turned on . I plug in it turns on for 2 seconds then turns orr and it is still not able to be paired

App is not helpful at all. Setup is troublesome and once I thought I had it set up it didn’t respond to the app the majority of the time. It then stopped working completely and will no longer allow setup. Customer support does not respond. Waste of money!!!

Love everything about having high end candles as oils good smells ,but my diffuser burnt out almost causing fire ; tried to reach out and never got a response from customer service.

Has anyone had this issue? I’ve had my Pura 4 for about a month and it just stoped working and connecting to Bluetooth. I’ve tried everything, any suggestions?

Have a diffuser that is close to our actual WiFi device yet it keeps coming unconnected and not running, the device that is in the basement with the longest range for WiFi never has a problem. The same device that keeps coming unconnected also locks up app when trying to create a schedule for scents. Very frustrating!
