Great app but…
I was enjoying the app and when I tried to write a review for one of the products I love, it wouldn’t allow me to write the review. Also, won’t let me choose the store. I’d search it by zip code and before, my store would pop up. Now it doesn’t and it’s only showing stores that are an hour away. I wanted to place an order for delivery but unable to choose the store. It will only recommend me three stores that are far out. Perhaps it’s a bug or something because I’ve already updated to the newest updates on my iPhone and the app is also updated. Hope this gets fixed soon.

It's been many weeks I still can't login to my account using my phone number that I had been using for years. I also cannot access my account. This happened several years back during an upgrade but was retrieved after a support email. However this time, none of my support email or text reached a human, and not even a response. Even phone call is not reachable.

I’m not sure why a phone # has to be provided to create a new account. Why can’t we use an email account to sign up instead. I’ve been having trouble logging in using my Google phone number. It worked fine before but not any more after one of the app updates. It says the phone number can’t accept messages but it can. I tried to call the customer service several times per the instructions from the app. They don’t answer the calls most of the time and the one time I got through, I was routed to another team but no one picked up. I left a message this morning but still haven’t heard back from them so far.

I once used this application to buy instant noodles when the card payment for shipping costs couldn't be used, and I replaced it with a credit card but it still didn't work. In the end I didn't shop. but it didn't take long, maybe a few days my credit card was hacked and luckily there was no balance

从疫情后，各路网上买菜购物的app全都试过一轮了 大华app几年来也 看得出来持续在更新 今年最新的版本我最喜欢 简洁 好用 清爽 （相比于其他打开五颜六色缤纷斑斓天花乱坠的，我是比较喜欢这个） 商品价格还可以 基本上同步店内价基础上还能再有一些平台特惠，有时候会缺货 暂时不支持换货 感觉还可以多一点产品的详情叙述。食谱的内容做的很用心，而且配的都是大华/app上有卖的东西 很方便直接对照着买来做。 配送还不错 挺快的 而且是直接送 （不是集送） 早上下午想要都能送 不用等到晚上9、10点。客服态度很好，虽然没有自动化客服，但是胜在都能很好的服务我的需求 在其他app相继塌房的今天 希望大华继续挺住！
