Nice try, but, sorry; this app doesn’t work well.
Why do I have to go through the hassle of changing my store every time? I have tried to enable location, but it doesn’t work. I’m sure that’s a setting in my phone I need to change, but you need to take me to it because I’m not sure where it is. I have tried looking fully it but I can’t find it or I can’t make it work. Maybe you need to put an “override cookie manager” toggle switch, because I’m guessing that’s the issue. Then at the self-checkout register, it didn’t prompt me to enter my phone number or card barcode, so after I spent time opening the app, changing my store, and digitally coding the coupon, I didn’t save the money negate I forgot to scan my barcode. I’m sorry to criticize you because much of this app is great. But these things and the totally non-intuitive fact that ***you have to DISABLE WiFi to get the app set up the first time while you’re in the store*** ruin this app. I really hate how difficult it is to use this app. Sorry guys… way too much friction here

The app is horrible. It doesn’t accept my login. I created a new account thinking maybe I had deleted the app awhile ago so it was me. Nope. It doesn’t load. Didn’t let me change my store. Doesn’t allow me to search for the items according to the category I need. The digital doesn’t tell me that it’s actually loaded. As much as I like the store and their products if I’m not able to easily access their coupons to help my budget I will go somewhere else that does.

The only reason I downloaded this app is because the website cannot find a store in Las Vegas. After installing the app and signing up I started to shop. But before I could add a product it wanted me to log in. Which took me out of the app and to the website. And I got the server could not be found error message. Seriously?

This has got to be the worst upgrade of an app. I’ve been trying to work with the IT team to resolve the issue (9 times now )but nothing has worked. So I can’t download any coupons to my Phone to use at the store, and you have to use your phone at the store to use the coupons. Weird thing is, I can get on the store website to download load coupons on my computer, but not my phone. Why can’t you just give them your phone number like the other grocery stores. I’m about done with this mess.
