Difficult Experience!
I have been using and trying to use the Raleys App since it was introduced. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t! I’ve gotten help at the store—sometimes. Our woodland store has a bad Wi-fi connection and they are unable to help me some of the time. When I think the App is working, it doesn’t last long. There is an update that throws me for a loop—AGAIN. I am not that thrilled about shopping at Raley’s like I used to because it is a big hassle and very frustrating. I work hard to use the App. But am not very successful.
Inconvenient UI, Crash Prone
Just had to disable FaceTime login for this Raley’s app in Settings this morning, since the app got stuck and kept refusing to log me on. Early on, this version crashed every time I tried to add items to lists.
Doesn’t work
App isn’t working and neither is the website so you can’t clip coupons. Or ask when it’s going to be fixed.

So awful that I’m giving up and leaving Raley’s for good. Unusable app. I’m done 👋
Keeps getting worse
The app just keeps getting worse instead of better. I haven’t even been able to log in for weeks! It keeps saying “It’s not you it’s me. It seems there’s a little technical problem.” I think it’s a big technical problem since I can’t use the app. I’m having issues with the website too (not showing my order history) but it’s been a sort of work around for putting an order in. Awful!
Buffers, doesn’t select coupons kicks you out
This app rarely works. It buffers and kicks you out. When you click on the scissors to select the coupon it doesn’t select. Constantly gives error message. I clip coupons for my senior mother. Otherwise I would pass on this app which doesn’t work well. Please IT techs fix this app. Should be an option to click one time to load all of the coupons.
Terrible Ap!
It stalls, it takes far too, long it is difficult to get the correct number of items it locks up. It's so terribly frustrating to use. It can take nearly an hour of frustration with this faulty AP to get an order placed. A customer can't even enter instructions because the programmer has it so limited as to what characters can be used. this is the worst AP ever. Months have gone by and it's still no good. Someone decided to fix the old ap, which worked nicely, and it has not been good since. Try calling and giving feedback sometimes a person answers but mostly not and they don't do anything. It's possibly an Ipad difference - but it worked before and if they are making it available to IOS they should make it work for all. Most times now I give up and go to Pacific market down the street. Loyalty goes both ways and they are quite aware this is an issue but still it's not fixed.
