Terrible!! Fraud!
Can’t seem to make this app work nor the website it has suspicious activity when trying to login or reset a password or unload the app and reload the app it never fails. I get the same message every time it looks like a programming issue as it has tiny letters saying maintenance login page access denied. I’m not a maintenance page. Can’t get customer service. Can’t get help, some emails have sent text have any phone calls? It’s useless. It’s unfortunate. I love to shop these stores when you can’t get a good fill that your account is secure. It’s hard to want to still shop there. Maybe need to go back to American Express and just use it when I shop there.

I’ve had many issues with the app. Many times my rewards don’t show up. Currently I’ve not been able to log into my TJX credit card on the app. I used to always pay right on the app but now when I use the same log in as on their site to log into my card, I get an error message every time. This has been going on for months now! Beyond frustrating!

This app NEVER works. I delete, re-download, delete, re-download, update, update…..nothing. Every time I login it tells me my password is wrong. I reset my password. I finally get to login and then it tells me my access is denied. Then I reset my password AGAIN. If it ever does allow me to login, there is then no functionality in the app to actually shop. How is the Marshalls app perfect and the TJ Maxx app so off??

Had to reset password on app. Slow server response. Wait 2 minutes or more to get email notifications on password resets. After reset password, cannot log in. Horrible app. Useless. Cannot use it to check on TJ Maxx award. And when I took a screen shot of the award from my main computer to store, store clerk refused to give me credit and demanded that I show it in either TJ Maxx app or on paper. Useless.

I have been trying to create an account through the app for two days now, and it just goes around and around in circles and never ever works. What a waste of time! The only reason I was trying to use the app is so I don’t have to care my credit card around all the time. Guess that’s not gonna happen

Love shopping but don’t always keep my card with me! App has my old TJ Maxx card; can get it removed to add rewards card!! So frustrating !! Called help line and getting someone you can understand is first issue! Then they can’t see to help!!
