Can’t login can’t reset password. Chat is useless
Terrible terrible terrible!!!!!!! First of all, why enable Face ID and select “keep me signed in” if once I want to see my previous orders the app wants me to log in again??? As I try to log in to see my orders with my Face ID enabled and selected “keep me signed in” the message “please enter your password to continue” pops up. I write my password and the message pops up that says “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again soon.” I try again using saved passwords option thinking I forgot my password and the same message pops up. I try to reset my password and I get a message that says “ Success The operation couldn't be completed. (NetworkingKit.NetworkError error 1.)” I start chatting with customer care only to be suggested to use a different device. I suggest the devops to fix this high priority bug and have customer care pass customers’ messages to devops.
Fix !
This app needs major attention. Not only does it make it impossible to scroll into the filters or sorting . It also bugs out constantly. VS listen to your customers . Repair and update the app.
This app, well I will no longer be using it.
Click to view an item and the back arrow does nothing. Click the search icon and it does nothing. The app was just updated 4/2024 and it is now worse than before.
Sent to the wrong address and won’t replace or refund
Placed an order and it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the shipping carrier per VS, and they told me VS provided them with two addresses. Why? I call VS, they say they can’t replace my order, and it was my fault. There’s literally no option for me to provide two shipping addresses, and I only have one residence. So, I’m out a couple hundred dollars because you made a mistake? If I wouldn’t have to spend more on legal fees than what this order cost me, I would sue. This is illegal and fraudulent, and I want to know who in the back office decided they would have my order shipped to their home instead of to the paying customer. Horrendous! I hope you get sued by someone with deep pockets and go out of business.
Credit card login no longer works
When I tap Account > Pay my credit card, Face ID pops up and successfully auths however it doesn’t open the page to the credit card. It just stays there. Tapping again results in the same thing. I’m never actually taken to the credit card page. This is super annoying for those of us that use the app to pay
App is always down.
The Victoria’s Secret app rarely ever works.
So disappointed
Although I bought my 3 items from this app ( which I do love the store) but the app I think is the WORST, I have been cleaning and opening the app MANY TIMES for 3 hours so I could buy my things 🥺 it keeps freezing and getting stuck 😕 it should never be like this… please fix this problem 👏
