I had to wait 18 days for my order to be considered missing. The items I wanted were no longer available in the sizes I needed. Maybe Children’s Place should consider changing their policy to help the customers that shop and depend on getting the sizes they NEED!!!

About two weeks ago I made a purchase which arrived in the mail but they did not deliver it because I had the wrong address, when it is not the first time I have sent for it and they delivered the package, the package was not even in the mail for 2 days when They returned it to you, but here is my complaint and that is that the package should have already arrived where you are and I still have not received a message or calls from you, much less a refund of the money, which is not what interests me since yes I am interested in obtaining the purchase of the shoes in this case, I wrote to you by email, they received the message but there was no response, I await your response. Hace como dos semanas hice una compra la cual llegó al correo pero no la entregaron por que tenía la dirección mal, cuando ya no es la primera vez que mando a buscar y entregan el paquete, el paquete no estuvo ni 2 días en el correo cuando lo regresaron a donde ustedes, pero aquí mi queja y es que el paquete ya tuvo que haber llegado a donde ustedes y todavía no e recibido mensaje ni llamadas de ustedes y menos la devolución del dinero, que no es lo que me interesa ya que si estoy interesada en obtener en este caso la compra de los zapatos, le escribí por correo, recibieron el mensaje pero no hubo respuesta, espero su respuesta.
