Life saving app

It is fabulous. Running out of words to describe it. People who listen to it can only know how awesome it is. The words that i recollect is "Remember if you hear it as last thing at night you may fall asleep". AJ you rock!!! Thanks for making this app

Very beneficial

I have noticed positive changes using these apps. They've helped in many ways with things I needed a little help with. I use these apps frequently.

I use a number of Andrew Johnson recordings. His voice is pleasant to listen to and this positive, healthy suggestions are solid and get at the root of the issues you may be experiencing.

Amazing...

Wasn't expecting much. But I gave it a serious effort to try this. It took a while for me to get used to it. Now it's my go to for getting into a relaxed state. I have seen many improvements in my quality of life. I highly recommend this app. Don't expect overnight results. You have to give it some time.
