Won’t download

The app (for which I paid) won’t download onto my iPhone. My phone has the latest software update and plenty of storage space.

Zzzzzz

I woke in the night, played a track, went to sleep in about 5 minutes. I'm moving and started a new job so I'm a bit stressed. Probably why I couldn't go back to sleep but played a track on this app and it relaxed me to sleep! I use it every night.

I'm a believer

I used to lie awake scared to go to bed for fear of nightmares and thinking about it made me nervous to the point of insomnia when I found out it was driven by anxiety I was scared even to take medication someone told me about Andrew Johnson and I thought that's just silly an app is going to help me calm down and avoid anxiety and sleep better after 2 nights the nightmares were gone and I was able to fall asleep much quicker! And I've since applied it to other anxiety triggers in my life and it continues to work :)
