I’ve been using hypnotherapy for over 20 yrs. I am a sucker for it and love the feeling. I must have listened to AJ’sDeep Sleep over 10K times and have had success with his Pubilc Speaking app too. Last night I woke up with gout in my ankle. So painful. Even for gout this was off the scale. Eventually, in desperation i downloaded AJ’s Pain mgt app. It worked quickly and I managed to sleep. My wife is not a fan so I use kokoon night buds and tempur-pedic eye mask.
Low back pain comfort!
I have been struggling with lower back pain for nearly a year. Although I’m hopeful that PT, injections, and patience will bring relief someday, there are times I just can’t sleep. Lack of sleep makes the pain worse and leads me to feeling depressed. Andrew Johnson’s app has been so helpful! I’ve yet to make it through the entire session because I fall asleep halfway through. Pain patients please read
This is an amazing little ap. My only suggestion would be that he teach you the deep breathing from the belly area like he did not other Aps. This ap is keeping me from going to harder pain meds. It does work. You can breath or relax the pain out. Please try even if it sounds silly at first put it on play loop for 3 or 4 times. I use several of his Aps and there are none better

I have been diagnosed with a chronic pain condition that there is little medical science can do to help. My diagnosis has caused me to try anything that could help me feel better, and this is one of the tools I've found that actually works. I recommend setting the reminders for during the day as I've found they provide an additional layer of relief.

I tried this session last night for the first time at bedtime and this is the first morning I have woken up in months not in tremendous pain. I suffer from sever muscle spasms in my neck and nerve damage that has made this go on for about 6 months.
