Great to keep you on track
I enjoy these guided meditation apps. This one helps me to keep in mind what I need to do daily to be more healthy. I notice I was more careful in my wasting habits and made more time to exercise during the day. Though you may not lose weight it helps you be more intuitive with your health and body.
Gotta agree not quite as good
This one came in a package I bought which is a good way to get these. I started out with just the Procrastination ap but now use several. I even use them in the morning first thing when just waking up. They do work

Not as good as his others
This is the first Andrew Johnson app I haven't been too happy with. It seems like he spends way too long getting to the point here... I feel like he spends too much time asking you questions ("you know you made the right choice, dont'cha?"). It just sounds inconsistent with the other apps, but most importantly it takes away from time he could be speaking something that reinforces the point of this App. He also speaks a ton about you mentally looking at a photograph of how you want to look, then repeats it. Look at the left photograph, now look at the right photograph... I find this bit annoying and wish again those words were encouraging things instead. Just feels like filler. Usually his apps work for me, but this one I'm struggling to keep up with because it's less pleasant.
Update didn't work!
App Store says update has finished. But app on my screen says Waiting-- I cannot open it. (Same with tonight's update of Deep Sleep too-- it still says Waiting... I rebooted my phone, but that didn't fix the issues...)

Since I started listening each night, I became much more energized and wake up each morning ready to work out This is a first for me as I hate waking early for a work out Truly amazing
