Hello all. If you are using multi-factor, you must from text to email for your code. I had the same issue with the app never working. Cox's text verification is broken and has been for quite some time. I no longer have issues with this app after switching to email for my verification code. If you go to your Cox account and change this, it will work. I can tell you once you get logged in, the app does work very well and ads a vpn connection and port number to your mobile device.

I’m paying extra per month for a service I cannot utilize without the app. As soon as you log in for the first time, you are required to choose a gamer profile before doing anything. The gamer profile selection page is completely broken, therefore I cannot use the app whatsoever. Everyone please do NOT use this service. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
