Doesn’t Work on my iOS Devices
I am never able to enter the six digit security code sent to my work email into the security boxes in the app. Neither the external keyboard of my iPad nor the screen keyboards of my iPhone or iPad work at this security step. This makes the app useless on these devices.
Constantly shows errors/crashes
More often than not, I try logging in using face recognition and it always says there is an error. The only way to get in is for the app to send a security code to my work email which I don't have access to from my phone. Therefore I can't check in for WorkSafe or for my reserved workstation so they'll cancel that reservation. Why can't there be a backup email or mobile number option to send the security code to??? Such a waste of a good resource!
Not so good
This app has features that can’t be accessed making it truly pointless to have. Don’t waist your time downloading just taking space on your phone if you’re an employee. Everything you can see and have access to is on your work computer and gets emailed to you.
Keep sending code to my work email!!
I already changed my external email in Self Service IT but the app keeps sending security codes to my work email which I would not have access to and why I am using the app on my phone.
Doesn’t load
The app used to work but now anything you click takes you to a new page that doesn’t load!
Provider Contract Specialist
This app requires a one-time passcode every time I try to use it. The only option it gives me to send the passcode to is my work (Anthem) email, which I am not able to have on my personal phone. I use the app when I am away from my work computer too check something in the Pulse site, so having to log on to my work computer for the passcode email, then makes this app pointless.
