Horrible app never works
This app barely works ever and no one can fix it when it’s down super annoying almost pointless
Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE App!
It NEVER loads on phone and now you can’t even request a shift trade! It’s been “down” for over a month and still no fix! I don’t understand how this app still exists with the issues it has on a DAILY basis. ZERO STARS
Horrible
I absolutely hate this app. It’s the only one my work using and it’s horrible. It barely works and I always get error messages when trying to do things. My whole team does as well. We’ve been told to delete and readd and that does nothing. Wish we had an easier app. When it is working it’s super convenient and easy to use, but I feel it is not working more than working.
Adding time is a hassle
Having to constantly swift left to add time for each day is hassle - should be a simpler way
Constant and consistent bugs
It looks like it’s been about 7 months since the last software update, which makes sense given the bugs I have constantly and consistently encountered since first having to download this app for work. I think the concept is phenomenal, but even after you get over the duplicate notifications and other inconveniences, there are SO many technical issues. Sometimes when I log in the wrong 2 week timeframe is selected, sometimes I move straight past the schedule view altogether into my SSO (which I shouldn’t have access to from my personal device) and all of the time the app is slow. I would LOVE to see some meaningful updates solving the problems afflicting users, rather than some flashy or exciting new “feature.”
Really useful
Glad they updated it to put in PTO/UTO, trade, giveaway, time on/off and absence. Makes it easy to keep up with schedule, especially if there are scheduled trainings.

Sure would be great if it actually works but everyone leaves it open to get freaking VTO or overtime and it doesn’t let anyone else use it effectively. Do better
