You can also view the status of these events. * Receive notifications when a schedule is added, or removed, when a time off request is approved or denied, when a shift has been offered, and when a shift trade has been accepted or denied.
App issue
It's been several weeks since I haven't been able to use the app. I've deleted the app and downloaded again multiple times. Once I get authorization with PingID it just takes me back to login. I'm not sure how to fix this, a support is mentioned but how to even get to this support. I'm unable to get into the system at all.

System authenticates and confirms the VPN but it does not log in. It loops to the Log In since July.

I'm having the same issue as some one else has already reported. Since the update I have been unable to login. It takes me thru a login loop of signing in and authenticating with ping ID. Then it goes right back to the login screen. Please fix this. It was working perfectly before the update
