Through this app, you can: * View your schedule. * Receive notifications when a schedule is added, changed or removed. * Keep track of their working hours quickly and efficiently. * Notify your supervisor that you are running late to your next scheduled activity. * Create in time-off requests and receive notifications when request statuses change, or changes occur. * See what days are available for leave, which slots are filling up quickly and where you are at in line for waitlisted time-off requests. * Request a shift trade with a specific coworker or post a shift to the trade board. * Browse the shifts available to trade and drop a current shift or add a new shift. You can also view the status of these events. * Receive notifications when a schedule is added, or removed, when a time off request is approved or denied, when a shift has been offered, and when a shift trade has been accepted or denied.
App issue
It's been several weeks since I haven't been able to use the app. I've deleted the app and downloaded again multiple times. Once I get authorization with PingID it just takes me back to login. I'm not sure how to fix this, a support is mentioned but how to even get to this support. I'm unable to get into the system at all.
Cannot Log In
System authenticates and confirms the VPN but it does not log in. It loops to the Log In since July.
ISSUES
Sometimes you can log in, sometimes you can’t. No matter if you remove the app then reinstall.
Can’t login
Can’t login. Nobody at my organization knows how to help me and neither does Genesys.
App doesn’t work
I use to not have an issue with logging in, but now I can’t get in. It just keeps going to log in page when I enter my credentials. It’s a waste
Issue logging in
I'm having the same issue as some one else has already reported. Since the update I have been unable to login. It takes me thru a login loop of signing in and authenticating with ping ID. Then it goes right back to the login screen. Please fix this. It was working perfectly before the update
