Could use more work in UI responsiveness
The UI is quite clunky at times, and it would be nice to see that if folks ahead of me in the wait queue is actually reserved to charge, or still haven’t accepted so they might get re-queued. Saves a lot of time wondering if I should go to bed or stay up and potentially wait for a charger in my local HOA!

Robust application that provides location of chargers as well as information if the charger is available or already in use. Also allows notifications if a charger that is being used becomes available. Overall very user-friendly.
United StatesApp okay but needs improvements
We have a 50 kWh charger at home, works fine for our one electric car. We have a friend that comes over once or twice a month and plugs in. With her Ford, it has to be started manually and checked every now and then as it just stops charging. I have no way to distinguish her car my our car without taking the hard data and putting it in a spreadsheet. I asked customer service about it and the guy sad, can’t be separated and it’s not going to happen. These are overall numbers. Well, these should be per car, seems pretty easy for a good programmer.

App doesn’t show up in notifications so I can turn them on to know when the charging is completed or disconnected. Restarted the app and now it doesn’t show my status, only connected but no info about my vehicle.

How long can you jog the charging station? 5 hours? 6? Till you are done? How long after you are finished charging can you let the car just sit there taking the space? I need to know these things and can’t find any rules.

Compared to other networks like EV Go and Electrify America, their chargers seem to be slow and very expensive per charge. I would avoid if possible.

This has the potential to be an awesomely helpful app, but since it will never let me log into my account, no matter how many times I reset the password, it’s simply useless (and highly frustrating).
