Too many steps
I been using Tesla supercharging system for over a year and half. Before I go to the supercharger I already know if one is a available before I get there. Then I just plug it in and that’s all I do.

With to'days renting companies, providing electric vehicles, a lot of tourists could use it if it allowed foreign credit cards, and non-US smartphone internet networks. Coming from Europe and renting an electronic vehicle, Icouldn't enter any of my cards and I couldn't use the application if I don't first turn a VPN on to make it believe I am actually in the US. Luckily for me I have a US credit card and I could use it. But that means that most of foreigners won't be able to use their services. Which is very bad and nonsense for Electrify America. They're cutting themselves from a lot of potential customers, and making driving electric cars more difficult for visitors. I wrote to them about that, they never answered. Otherwise it did the job.

Idle fees should not exist it just to get extra money which is not far especially if the charge is not to 100% it should charge a idle fee
United StatesMajor Bug
At steady state, this app works great. But when you need to switch chargers, this app hits a major bug. Case in point: I was charging at a 150 KW ultra charging station and wanted to switch to a 350 KW Hyper charging station. When I unplugged from 150 KW and plugged into 350 KW, the app does not want to reflect that. It still thinks I’m at 150 KW despite restarting the app multiple times. I finally had to call customer service to have them do a hard reset on the 150 KW and 350 KW charging stations so that I can continue charging. Please ask this behavior. The app needs to know when the charger is unplugged and plugged into a different charging station.

Every spot I go to and charge there is always one that is broken or never connects to the car. The customer support is outsourced and terrible. They don’t help with anything.

The app works great, I haven’t run into any bugs or anything! I do wish there were more charging stations around and the app needs to alert people of the $50 hold charge when you use the charging station without the membership! Other than that it’s pretty great.
