Finding location
I think it was too difficult to find the location that I want to give blood at . It might be nice if you remembered the place I last gave because that’s usually where I go.

The previous version worked well. This new version is buggy and slow. I guess we are beta-testing it. I gave it 2 stars because eventually I was able to make an appointment. It took 3 tries and twice as long but it finally worked.

The app functions OK except for the inability to make appointments, my primary use for this app. I always end up calling, because after I choose the location, the app glitches when I select a date and request all available appointments - it forces me to choose morning, afternoon, or evening. When I choose *afternoon*, I get a message that “there are no appointments available on that day in the *morning*. It fails to show any openings on a series of selected dates. Useless.

I gave two power red donations during the qualifying period last year. The promotion details stated the shirts would be available in January 2024. I called on January 15th and was told details would be sent by the end of the month. I called again at the end of the month and I was told they would look into why I wasn’t contacted. I forgot about it until I became eligible for another donation and now it turns out I’m too late. That’s not fair. I did more than live up to my part of the bargain.
