Says I have reports and than an error message when I click on PDF. Overall expereince with banner and the Hospital was poor!! Dra don’t communicate with patients- medical images take 3-6 hours to be read. Staff seems very frustrated also with the physicians. Lack of follow through on basic info at hospital. Everything g directs to the app which does not contain ANY relevant info

I am a banner patient.. I can not download this application. Step one is to sign on and again I have to click on to my patient portal and sign on again to check my chart. Why can’t I go directly to my portal?
