Atrocious app
Literally unusable. I tried scheduling an appointment with my doctor and it keeps going back to the same page telling me to login and opening new pages.
Worth Zero Stars - Endless Login Loop
Endless login loop. It sends me a msg with the code, I enter it, then it takes me back to the login. I try again, code sent, I enter it, it takes me back to the login, to re-enter my password yet again, so that I can get sent a code yet again... And so on - I can’t log in with this app. Do not make two-factor authentication an option if your app cannot handle it. Oh, I turned off 2FA and the endless loop STILL continues. Deleting this app. I guess this is a lie, and I do not actually have access to my records, appts, etc, online with Dignity. I want to go back to Mayo. Their app works, at least.
UPGRADE is really a GREAT DOWNGRADE , not working at all😫
The portal was really working very satisfactorily before the “upgrade” adventure was launched. Now after the claimed upgrade has been done, the portal is not at all loggable, usable and useful. I am terribly sorry about it!
Can’t login
App won’t even let me login, even after multiple times resetting the password. Not at all user friendly as marketed. Oh well…guess it’s off to call the rude medical receptionists
Where are the negative star options?
Worst experience I’ve had online with any app much less one built around communicating with your doctor. With all the money floating around in the medical industry why would a bunch of doctors buy into the absolute dregs presented to me over the years by this developer.
Login impossible
Logging in just loops back to login page. No error message or cause. Able to change p/w but same result. There are docs that I need access that am unable to do so. Not good.

for something as important as your medical records this app is stupid and useless and wastes my time! It makes me want to switch providers
