Login delay
Unable to log in through the app. There’s a delay and won’t go to log in screen. I have to log on through web site.

Yes, you can see your test results here, but there are numerous functions that are useless because the doctors and clinics never use the app. I have sent multiple messages to multiple doctors on the app, and they are never read and are eventually deleted. The doctors’ offices have all said, “Just contact us by phone.” But that defeats the purpose of having the scheduling and messaging functions in the first place. It would be great if it worked like MyChart where you could actually communicate with your doctors. It’s so frustrating I’m considering switching providers to a system that uses MyChart.

I didn’t realize you can schedule your own appt on this app and send a message to provider or request medication refill. Love saving myself phone calls.

I need to see labs from January 2021. I can make the calendar go to January, but there is no “submit” button to activate the search back to January. Please try this yourself on an iPhone. What am I missing? Is this possible for your team? Thanks for checking on this! 5/17 Update: Thanks for the quick response to my concern. Submit button was clearly there and I can now easily access my lab results from my phone! Thank you!!
