Lacks a way to print & download summaries!
Test result are displayed in its own window by date, and a complete summary cannot be selected, viewed, downloaded or printed. All medical facilities require a current lists of any condition or medication that may effect your health care. This site claims they will-charge you for copies you require to be send out!

I hate all about this app and their team
Doesn’t work
After a year with this app I still can’t access the portal through it. Says email or password is wrong. But will work through the website. What’s the point of having this
Mediocre
The medication section lacks useful details. It will tell me the name and date it was prescribed but not what pharmacy it was sent to (I have two in my profile, only one of which shows in the app) or how it was transmitted. If I call the pharmacy, they ask if it was faxed or sent electronically and when. The date prescribed is not useful for refills. To use the in-app feedback you have to have Apple’s native email app installed. I don’t use that.
Can’t update info on app
I have changed my number BUT it seems there’s no way to change my number on the app The doctor has my number but it won’t get changed on the app I am very disappointed in this app
Good — could be better
Easy and quick to use, but the lack of apple health record integration, like MyChart, is disappointing. Integration allows for quick and easy comparison to old and new health records.
Needs improving
Clunky app. Tried to write a message to my doctor and when the keyboard came up I couldn’t even see the letters I was typing, it blocked the whole field.
