Yep! The bad reviews for this App are well deserved. Only spinning setting up display after multiple attempts to sign on with iPad, with OS 17.4.1. Luckily I was told they are dumping this lame app and moving to My Chart soon. About time…. Lol!

This is NOT a user-friendly app. I use MyChart for every other hospital and I hate when I have to use this app. Everyday Well’s interface makes it hard to find what you’re looking for because it looks cluttered. So much fine print in every tab you click on to find lab results, messages and appointments. The lab results and their ranges are all crammed in one paragraph. I hate this app. Please consider moving to MyChart.

It works perfectly fine to get all your information but as soon as it gets that from you it’s just loads and loads and loads - absolute trash of an app for a MEDICAL related app. No longer interested in staying within memorial Hermann providers or practices
