I paid for one session and that’s it?
I get the same recording. There are no other options. So the app is literally one recording of the guy with a supposed hypnotherapy session about 25 mins long?

I don’t get it. I get two guided meditations that you can basically get anywhere. Not sure how this is supposed to help me quit drinking. I must’ve missed something.
I love the app!
This app really helps me but I like to listen to it as I’m falling asleep. At the end he tells you to wake up! Which is not good when you’re trying to fall asleep! I would like a version that doesn’t do this!
All of a sudden all this is is his promo message!!!!
OVER AND OVER all this app now is is him inviting me to click on links and join him on social media. I hate that he has added that to his mediations but to ONLY BE ABLE TO GET THAT AND NOT THE MEDITATION!!!!???? The beginning of the end for him. Please fix it.
Not all that it seems
While I find this meditation may help and is suggestive and relaxing, the description above implies that the app is much more than it really is. It refers to “tools”. Well, there are only 2 parts to this app. The main meditation and a “bonus” one. That’s it. You listen to the same thing every time. It also appears they have taken out the reminder chime (why?) which I actually found helpful.
