I am so happy we found such amazing staff to care for our sweet boy. He is a retired police K9 who doesn’t care for people but he melts in the staffs arms. They are so sweet and take their time with him and it is a pleasure being here.

The application itself is wonderful. However the chat function seems to have changed. It used to be extremely helpful. The only recommendation they ever give is to contact the local emergency hospital. Very often the questions are non emergent. I never had an issue using this function until recently. The staff at my hospital is wonderful, I just wish this would translate to the app.
