App hangs up for minutes to hours after using once
I am able to log in and send messages once, then if I leave the app and come back, it will not open again for minutes to hours. This is supposed to be a convenience for us and clients? I think not.
Not sure how to use
How do I login to use this app? It says it should allow the patients to communicate with the provider and receive pictures. It asks for an email to login but nothing to create an account. When I try to access the app it says I need some mars-group.okta account
Helpful app, but could use some updates
It’s a very helpful app to communicate with clients on the go. I appreciate the function of virtual number, regardless of texting or phone calls to ensure privacy. However, the app often is slow and frequently crashes. Also, I have a suggestion. Please make the “Do Not Disturb” setting to allow PM time to AM time (ie do not disturb after 10pm to 8am). It’s not very useful with the do not disturb function to only work during the day.

This app is horrible. Not only does it freeze and you can’t load it it just keeps spinning and spinning but you constantly have to remove it and reload it it’s ridiculous. There’s no other app on my phone that has this problem. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!

Very glitchy. If I open it once it will freeze and won’t open again until I delete and reload it. So I end up having to do this multiple times a day. And clients probably wonder why I’m not replying to them. Also wrongly displays when messages are sent (most messages show ‘Yesterday’ after a few hours). When it works like it should it’s great, but that’s not very often.

The recent “upgrade” has made it too slow to be useful. Frequent crashes don’t help. Surely SOMETHING could be done....
