Notifications don’t come through anymore
Used to work great but now notifications when to change trays don’t come through. Checked my settings to make sure it was not an issue with my phone. And no similar issues with other apps. Very disappointing as that was the main reason I used to the app.

I use an Apple phone and cannot save this app’s password to my password manager. Half the time the facial recognition is not logging in the account anymore, just loads forever until I close it. Then I manually type the password since I remember it. All of that takes too many minutes when you have a timer going of your alligners being out and are on a 15 or 30 minute break with your job. I use this app only for the timer as I have consistently over many years now have repeated phone hack issues no matter what phone I’m using. I won’t use the app to take pictures; I don’t trust it. I’m sure there’s way better apps I can use just for a daily timer.

Started Invisalign in Feb and received one notification to change trays. It has not worked since then, so pretty much useless. Also, why the heck do we have to enter a PIN code to view app? Blech 🤮 Go back to the drawing board.

It’s a very helpful app to have but I have some issues 1) sometimes when I type in my pin to enter it won’t load and I have to re enter the app and retype the pin 2) I forget to turn the timer off for how long I’ve had my Invis out and I’ll go to restart it only to find out it’s been going for 3 hours! Im glad hay there’s a feature to edit wear time tho 3) I wish this app didn’t need Wi-Fi! Im stuck using the clock apps stopwatch and timing how long I have my Invis out whenever I eat anywhere I have no Wi-Fi password It’s pretty annoying 🫤 But if you are starting your Invisalign treatment it’s useful to have instead of writing it on paper

I think the app is great overall, however I constantly have to reset my password to use it. It will not allow me to save it to Chrome or Apple password reminders. So I’ve probably reset the password 10 times since I’ve used the app last May 2023. Yes, I’ve used facial recognition and that works well, until the app signs you out and then asks you to type in your password. As previously mentioned, the password isn’t saved to a password manager and then requires it to be reset. Endless annoying loop.
