The app is easy to use and very simple. From messaging your doctor for questions,recommendations, or for advice to making sure each scan is done right. The biggest issue I see with this app is how you scan. To me the simplest solution is to scan with your trays in first then to scan without them after. It makes no since to take them out when you already have them in the first time that way they have set in already and not having to completely put them back in and chew repeatedly to make sure their set back into place. I have had to scans come back thinking the trays weren’t fitting properly, But in person and at my appointment they are. To me with the easy fix it would make it soooo much better.
