It would be great to sync booked and waitlisted classes with a calendar app. The screens for booking and booked classes should be consistent. It’s weird on the booking calendar that the week does not start on the same day consistently. Please add countdown notifications for waitlist. When you don’t get into a class their is no notice or record of that. If you miss you are charged. This scheduling should be communicated better. Better info on coaches. Who are they. What other clubs are they affiliated with.

Is a necessary pain in the neck. 3-4X per week it does not work. I work at the front desk and gets calls, texts and emails that ‘there is something wrong with the app’ I can’t check in. I remind them to reboot their phone and delete the app and bring it back up which is frustrating because we are paying a lot of money to attend classes, why can’t the app just work like it is supposed to? Some customers refuse to even try the app because of the negativity surrounding it. They log in on the website. I use the app like it’s my job booking classes and helping customers navigate thru it. WHEN it works it is great but it is very unreliable, just saying.

Recently joined local Club Pilates. It is difficult to get into classes based on popularity (and I work full time). I have a monthly membership of 4 classes per month. I cannot schedule classes until each month passes or closes. By the time my new month opens, majority of classes are booked. The app should be smart enough to recognize my membership, the month periods, and the number of classes being scheduled within each monthly period.
