Has some flaws.
It will work great for a week or two and then it won’t register information or it changes the information.
1 Star for being misled by sales rep
I had a great experience with the alingers and the results. My issue is with a sales rep. I stated that I wanted the treatment to count towards my 2024 FSA. She recommended paying using the Credit Care card in December 2023 and paying off the card in January 2024. This is did not work and the insurance company only looks at when the initial credit card payment was made. I should have done more research prior to believing them but they should also double check their information before prioritizing their sales goals.
Super easy
Great way to straighten my teeth without having to go to an orthodontist periodically. All aligners are provided for my treatment plan. I can go at my own pace - slower than my treatment schedule.
Horrible experience
I purchased the box system and used about four of the liners and then they didn’t line up anymore so they sent me another kit and remolded another set while I’ve been using them the vibrations from the mouth piece that you use when you put the aligners in has caused five of my teeth enamel to break and shatter, and these are back teeth. I would not recommend this to anyone because when I reach out to the company I was told I would be contacted back and that has been about four months ago so save yourself money and time and Dentist.

Every time I reach out for support it takes to long to get a response. They were suppose to do something so I can continue using the app and they haven’t!
