Great app until it wasn’t…

This app started off strong, and I found the most perfect coach named Courtney, sadly, she ended up leaving four weeks into me joining. They ended up giving everyone on Courtney‘s team a discounted membership however, on my last month of my membership, my card kept getting rejected and when I inquired about it, they told me they had some kind of billing error, after sending numerous messages, I was ignored and lost out on my last discounted month so I decided not to bother with the app, even though I planned on continuing to replay all of Courtney‘s exercises. I ended up joining Courtney‘s app, which I am very happy with so things always work out for a reason. They need to improve their customer service because the response time is ridiculous.

Where have y’all been

I normally NEVER right reviews, but I feel this app doesn’t get enough credit. I’ve been a member to many gyms that either have a high turnover rate or management changes or they simply close down. Dr. Robin showed up on my FYP at the time when I was feeling my lowest. Mentally and physically. When I finally officially started in January, I instantly knew this was the best place for me to began my journey of getting back to me. with the exception of weekend trainings, I don’t miss a day. Team Formation is where it’s at. The scale hasn’t moved, but the inches have. If you’re on the fence, take that leap of faith and join. you have nothing to lose, but inches ☺️

Absolutely recommend

Have been a gym member for years. Lost in different types of workouts. Ladder has kept me on track and I have seen changes in strength and appearance in just a few weeks. So glad I found this app.
