**Jane Online Appointments is a *HIPAA and PHIPA/PIPEDA compliant app* used only when iOS users need to gain access to their secure Telehealth calls**. Please note, this is not a traditional App. Once the App is downloaded, you can tuck it away for safe-keeping and continue to access your Online Appointments via your default iOS web browser, Safari. How it works for a client: - Head to the clinic's online booking site. - Book a visit with a practitioner that uses Jane and offers Online Appointments. - Download the **Jane Online Appointments iOS App.** - **Exit the App, and tuck it away for safe-keeping (you will not need to access it again unless an update is required).** - Navigate to your default web browser, **Safari.** - If you booked an Online Appointment with a practitioner, you will receive an email 30 minutes before your appointment with a link to begin the session, or you can begin the session from your My Account area of the clinic’s online booking site. * *Please know that this is **not** Jane's native app.* How it works for a staff member: - Login to your Jane account. - Set up an Online Appointment treatment type and book a client for an Online Appointment. - Download the **Jane Online Appointments iOS App.** - **Exit the App, and tuck it away for safe-keeping (you will not need to access it again unless an update is required).** - Navigate to your default web browser, **Safari.** - Go to a booked session that will start within the hour and tap on "Begin". * *Please know that this is **not** Jane's native app.* Jane Online Appointments is backed by our amazing support team. Severely lacking
This needs to be more streamlined, I should be able to login to an app to access schedule, clients, services etc, going through safari is messy, and annoying. The program feels so unorganized and complicated. Making it more streamlined and straightforward like other scheduling apps ( gloss genius, square, vagaro, would make this a much more pleasant experience.

Several technical probs with 1st use
Just had 1st doctor appt using this app on my iPhone. We lost connectivity about half way through! My doc could hear me talking, but I could not hear him. We could not see one another. Also, his audio skipped out a few times. I’m unimpressed with this app.
It’s not the entire Jane software just video call
I was told to download this app to utilize and improve my training for a new job with a. Chiropractor. This is only a video call rather than the schedule and clinic notes. Please help me understand what I may be missing in the App Store options.
Update the app pls
The app doesn’t allow for landscape view, please update to allow for this. Also please allow to edit notes for appointments at any time not only at time of scheduling. Sometimes ppl schedule weeks in advance and will need to update the notes to the provider when appointment comes closer.

App works well - good call quality and connects well.
The New Update is Evil, it is sideways…
The New Update is Evil, it is sideways… It does not adjust to me setting up my iPad, in a landscape position. It only works in a portrait position. It is hard to set up my device in a portrait position, with my keyboard. The position thing makes it hard to have my appointments. When they ask you how your appointment went, it does not let you make a comment, other than what they have in the drop down menu.
Version 1.5.3 includes bug fixes and performance improvements.
