Biometrics fail
Every other time I attempt to logon the biometrics fail, and I am forced to put in my username and password manually. Works once. Fails. Works. Fails. please fix this. It’s incredibly frustrating. iOS 17.4.1 and app is updated.

It’s a great app. You have all of your info at your fingertips. It’s even helped me to show when I’ve met my deductible or out of pocket expense since it never matches what the physicians have. If you have any questions you can also contact them from the app or call and they are quick to respond.
