Messages and contact stopped working
I have tried killing the app, restarting my phone and still unable to get into messages or chat from the app. I know I have a new message but can’t get to it and unfortunately the site is worse and only ever shows me the initial welcome message. Sooo frustrating! Error showing for messages is a timeout message on the whole page. Chat button/link just does nothing at all.

Probably a short while ago there was an update which screwed everything up. Used to work fine. Now I can’t log in anymore. Without IOS 16 the app is useless. Old version still downloads but doesn’t work anymore, unable to log in. Please fix this issue.

The new update to the app requires iOS 16.0. Manu older phones cannot update to iOS 16. So the app is no longer usable. Thanks collective.

I’m trying to login using Face ID which says it was successful but it’s still stays at the login screen.
