Agreed we need better web/desktop support
When it comes to reading resources, I’m not going to be only using my phone. Cleo needs better web and desktop support, it’s silly that I can only read messages on the website but not anything else
So many bugs, the app is unusable
So so bad. Can’t login because it puts me in an endless loop so I made a new account but I can’t get past adding children because it keeps pushing me back a page for no reason. Literally can’t use it. I’m not sure if it’s the fact I’m on an iPhone 15
Worst app I’ve used
First review, worst app I’ve used. Despite multiple feedback, the app keeps requiring an update every other day, and it will not notify you of messages in your Cleo inbox, until you click and realize you have to update the app, yet again, or else you can’t see any of your messages, webinar sign ups etc. The app will log you out multiple times without notification, and you won’t get a message notifications. It took weeks to realize it and multiple messages to tech support. It’s very poor for supposedly established, well supported company like Cleo.

The app keeps crashing. Much of the information is hard to navigate and I frequently end up going to other apps to check for what I need to know. The videos need to use better microphone so the audio doesn’t have hissing noise.
App crashes every time upon opening on iPad Pro
I have a 2022 iPad Pro 11 inch with latest OS system, but this app always crashes and is never able to be opened on my iPad.

Limited app features
I want to be able to search the chat for info I was given earlier . Also would like to have in app video features for meeting with the coaches or outside folks like LCs etc. seamless experience on desktop as well as iPad etc.
