Buggy like anything ECW
the unreliable nature of anything related to ECW is CRAZY. We have been using ECW for over four years and have repeatedly observed a pattern where a new feature is released and initially appears to be beneficial, but upon implementation, it is discovered that it only functions intermittently. The program itself needs a complete overhaul and redesign by someone who has a comprehensive understanding of patient care and not just a collection of buggy features put together haphazardly

EClinicalMobile app is so unreliable. It glitches all the time. Sometimes it can’t find pharmacies. Other times it can’t send in medications because it glitches and stalls. It’s slow to function too! It’s a crap shoot if it is going to work or not. This problem has been going on for years. I wish they would revamp the program!

After our IPads did the most recent update, when we ink and send a document to our providers, they are not able to ink. When they try it shuts down their whole system and they have to reboot it. Any suggestions? I have deleted and reinstalled the app and the problem is still there

The most recent update a few days ago warns about incompatibility with the IOS 14 that was available a month ago. The update does not just lose what you just did, it also logs you out without warning. You must not have a lot of iPad app users.
