This is by far the worst EMR I’ve ever used using four different ones previously. It is not intuitive, there are way too many clicks involved. The mobile version is terrible would not recommend this to any provider.

ECW needs to get their act straight soon otherwise they will be left behind in electronic healthcare industry. Every step from logging in to browsing in different windows, site crashing, slow to respond and signing out just creates a longer wait for the patients and delay in finishing our work. Very frustrating!

App is greatly flawed and not functional. Crashes easily ten times a day and they have no solution when you reach out. GET A NEW APP ECW! Or don’t sell it as a helpful tool when all it does is slow down our patient care.

Crushes all the time. Too much errors everywhere in both iOS and PC versions. Complicated and stupid. Not efficient at all. The support is awful. This product gives me and all our staff an anxiety and additional stress.
