The app looks okay… that’s about it…
It doesn’t seem to have a point. For starters, I donated once before already and it does credit that. The app doesn’t seem to be able to tell me the balance on my CSL debit card, which by the way you cannot add to cash app, apple wallet, or Google wallet… biolife’s debit card could be. This app will have redeemed itself somewhat if I can do all the paperwork and stuff I would need to do right before an appointment on my iPhone. Like if I could do the 20 questions I have to do on the kiosk on my iPhone while I’m on my way to you, and then be able to just walk in, check in, and the donate sooner, then this app has a point, a purpose, a use, a meaning… If I am unable to do any of these things I’ve mentioned, I will return and 1-star the app. If I can at least fill out the paperwork required every visit on my iPhone while I’m spending 2+ hours on a bus and/or train to you guys, then your app is worth at least 4 stars. What the app should do: 1. Allow clients to keep track of their visits, their payments received, and the upcoming payment amount for their next visit so there is no confusion about that. 2. The history of payments and the current balance on the debit card should be made available to your clients through your app. You do not give us a card that is easy to keep track of such information easily because we cannot add our card to any other app or bank in any way as to transfer the funds from your bank to ours. This is highly unprofessional, and then you do not even offer the payment history and current balance on your app? What are you guys thinking!? 3. Allow clients to fill out the 20 questions and repetitive nonsense you force us to do on your kiosk every visit; but allow us to do this on our smartphones. Your app obviously is able to recognize that my phone is capable of providing your company with even more free biometric data for you guys to sell. So are you guys literally trying to use your app to steal and sell data from people across the country? If that is the case, then the least your company can do is also utilize that biometric data in place of my thumb print required to deal with the kiosk. If you could set it up so that I could just walk into your facility, scan my thumb to confirm my identity, and sit down and be the next in line to donate, then your app would be great. Currently your app is basically just trash and data exploitation and theft. 4. You guys do not pay us much for the plasma you harvest, and yet your company makes A LOT of money harvesting, not only plasma, but also data from everyone that come in there desperate for money. Some people like myself have disabilities and rely on this money as a source of income. You should provide better and more frequent promotions to return donors, not new donors. You claim to care so much about the safety of your clients and the product you harvest, and yet, you only promote and advertise to new customers… when really, if you provided more incentive for your return customers, then you would increase your safety by rewarding people you know are safe to sell their plasma. To be entirely honest, we are not donors, and you are not a charity. You are a well thought out scam by those who have the money to afford to operate such industries. And they think that because we are so desperate as a species, that we won’t notice how unfair and sketchy your practices are. You are a scam operating for desperate people who need the money enough to come let you harvest their plasma, and for those who actually require the medicine you also make trillions off of annually. You are conning people and providing the very bare minimum compensation, and it is pathetic that governments and the people allow you to operate and not hold you accountable for more payment. We are literally bleeding ourselves to death for your money. And you don’t actually care about us, the clients, or your other clients on the other side… you only look at us all as a commodity…

I do not recommend CSL as they do not own up to their malpractice in their facility. They caused harm to a loved one of mine because their employees are careless and only see you as a meal ticket for them. You voice your complaint or call them out for it, they don’t apologize, they permanently ban you in order to hush you. If you want better customer service and a better reward program with good actually trained associates, go to Biomat/Grifols

Scheduled a first time appointment and was denied because they “do not uphold appointments” and it was “too close to closing time” for us to donate. I am so confused why they would let you pick that time slot if the fact that you scheduled an appointment doesn’t matter and if it is a 2.5 hour process for your first time so why would you have a slot for an hour before close open?
