I was on time for my 12:10 physical. Asked to take a seat. Person comes in after me says they had a 12 physical and were late. The tech doing the initial work takes him first. After waiting for over 20 minutes, they still were not done with the person that was late! I had to leave and reschedule due to the time I took off for this! Manager said an honest mistake the tech even walked over to the desk and no apology from them. If you are late why are you not told you need to reschedule? From what I remember in the past if you are late for a donation you have to reschedule so why not for physicals?

I have donated twice. Both times the technicians were methodical and safe assuring I was good and comfortable. They are very thorough. The actual donation is simple. It takes about an hour. Because the techs are so conscience of safety they take what time is needed to set donors up. It takes some patience to get through all the phases. Its always crowded so they must be doing it right.

I would prefer if the point system consistently worked properly, instead of redirecting you elsewhere. I don’t remember my old email’s login, so I can’t login to the Biolife website to redeem my points. I also don’t have a recovery email for it, and my old recovery phone number I don’t have access to anymore. I just wish someone would take the time to fix the repeatedly reoccurring issue with points redemption being unavailable in the app to make our lives easier. This is beginning to become a repeatedly occurring problematic pain in the a**.

When is the reimbursement amount going back up to a reasonable amount? Is it corporate greed that keeps lowering the amount of payment? I still stand in line waiting to be processed, I still wait in another line waiting to give my donation and I still am producing the same amount of plasma. SO WHY DOES BioLife continue to decrease the amount of reimbursement payment???? It was $130 week to $120, to $110, to $105, to $100 and now I see the promotion is down to $95 a week. What a rip off, slap in the face, taking money out of your payments and telling us what we do does not really matter and to prove it we are completely docking your pay and you have nothing to say about it except not promoting BioLife. Corporate greed at it again.
