Unable to book KidCare
With the recent update you can’t see the KidCare schedule and are unable to book. You can only see the appointments you’ve already made so far.

Whenever I enter the app it keeps kicking me out instantly even though I have 2T storage and I have enough storage and I updated iOS and everything.

This gym is by far the worst gym I can recommend. For canceling your gym membership you have to pay over 50 !!. I would recommend any other gym besides this one ! .

Keychain wasn’t able to auto save a new password upon registration that it generated and the forgot password email hasn’t hit inbox or junk yet so I’m still waiting to explore just how crappy this app is after having to even get an activation code when they can never find my account because they refuse to consolidate the multiple accounts they have on me for some reason and just give up looking for my active membership until I tell them, “well I’m gonna go work out now so good luck with that” lol. There’s no iWatch app support. A closely coupled and common device designed very intentionally for exercise that can simply display a barcode from one’s wrist at a place that requires it. Yep, that’s me skipping the averted attendants gaze cuz I hate having my phone while I work out when I already have my watch and the attendants probably don’t get paid enough to care anyway I imagine lol. Invest more in your software please. Great opportunity to put some of those dollars from those no show memberships to use.

The app works pretty well for me, I know there are problems on other platforms but once I was signed up and rolling my only issue was a visual bug on the billing that went away after I closed and reopened the app. I think the photo they take of you at the location is really weird and invasive though! Hence three stars.

Immediately crashes every time I try to open the app on an iphone 15 pro. Can't do anything. Might go back to my old gym.

Can Vasa get onboard and up their app? Why can’t you add your checkin card to your wallet like every other gym? Why do you have to login each time just to check? Let users add their checking card to their wallets so it’s quicker and not as annoying to checkin in, purchase items, and I would say scan in to use the sauna and steam room but apparently that’s a free for all anyway even though we pay for an upgraded membership.
