Terrible App
Will not allow log ins on multiple devices. Very hard to connect and fails to recognize users. Poor menu.
Worst’s piece of cleaner ever.
Iv had to send this back 3 times for charging issues. Again it had happened and now they won’t do anything. Very poor quality and service. What I thought was going to be a good thing was NOT! I’m very disappointed. I don’t recommend buying anything from this company because they don’t stand behind their product. Something goes wrong they want to give you 20% off on a new on. Really. I for one will never buy from them again. Like I said. BAD BUSINESS!! STAY AWAY!!
App useless but Device is great

I love that this app gives you a step by step tutorial for all the features and with videos! Also keeps track of your cleaning and maintenance.

No S3 device to add in app
I have the floor one S3. Manual says to download this app and functions are available There is no S3 to device in app to add. I assume WiFi is not included in the vacuum. Why print that in manual then? Very misrepresented.
Total waste of money
When it works it’s great but I had to send mine in twice for motor failure and supposedly they repaired it. Well it turns out they didn’t because here I am a few months out of warranty having the exact same motor failure which is apparently very common. So common in fact they don’t even have the parts to “repair” mine at a cost to me(because it’s out of warranty). Do not recommend dealing with this company, absolutely ridiculous also considering it cost me money each time to send them back their faulty product.
