Poor connection after updates
This is completely ridiculous to have the robot not be able to connect after updates. You expect us to pay shipping and handling both ways when it is clearly a connection issue on your end. You need to fix the connection issue/software updates for the consumer to be able to use the thousand dollar robot.

My vacuum is constantly getting disconnected from the internet. It is not the WiFi signal because the home office computer is right next to the vacuum and I have no issues with the computer network. I have to keep deleting the profile and starting all over with the setup process like it is new.

The dirty water intake only worked for 1/4 of a tank and has stopped working. Not recommended for homes with animals with long fur. The vacuum roller is continually jammed. The vacuum is also very loud. Definitely not worth the money.

First an advice, backup your map. If the bot looks lost you need to restore the map, if not backed up you need do do a new mapping. The handling for barriers needs to be more fine grain, it’s mostly an educated guessing where to put it. If an barrier has been removes, the bot is still missing that area. You can not add manual specific areas, the bot does not recognize to your map. The usability of the app is neither good nor bad nor really intuitive to me. Takes a while getting used to it.
