This worked for about a few months.now it has malfunctioned. It will not start or move or charge at all. When I push the auto button I get a high pitched noise. I tried to file a claim but it is before the yr. Is up . I bought the extra warranty but it will not let me file a claim. What do I do? What phone number do I call for ecovacs

la verdad que la vacuum para pisos no limpia bien, y me refiero a la manera de aspirar, quedan residuos en el piso sin limpiar, pero las carpetas hay que limpiar los cepillos cada semana cuando se tienen 2 gatos como mascotas. esa es mi opinion aceptable.

Cooler is awesome. I have my cooler for almost a year now. I also have the battery backup which works awesome. Downfall is that my cooler no longer connects to my iPhone/app. App is up to date along with my phone is up to date
United StatesLove the vacuum.. dumbest software
The software will constantly lose my floors.. which requires me to recalibrate the thing constantly. Instead.. why not be a little intelligent and let me "lock" a floor once it's been mapped? Also.. if I want to add another floor I have to take the charging base and move it to the floor and start the process. Why is there no option to "learn new floor"? It's a great unit.. but they must be outsourcing the software to some farm of 17yo interns.

My new Ecovacs deebot x2 Omni got hacked with someone being able to drive my robot through the app while yelling the N word. The app also allows video to be recorded, so I have no idea if this hacker took videos of my house and family for the two weeks before the N word hack incident. Unsecure product and/or app.
